7.0.1 crash...

I installed the new patch and started the game
then i got a message saying "XML Parsing Error"
and something error in loading some config or picture
I can still play the game but i have to press OK for about 20 times and wait about 3 minutes before it starts

anyone has this problem?
anyway to solve this?
