請問您是否已經開始進行賀歲杯的備戰工作了？是否遇到什麼困難？您打算帶多少球員去香港？
是的，從平時的訓練中你應該可以看到了，由於英國的天黑得早，加上場地可以供給我們支配的時間有限，來到英國後我們的訓練時間都是安排在上午 10點左右，持續一個半到兩個小時不等。要說困難我覺得還是球隊的磨合還不夠很充分，不過我們還有幾天的時間，我還會進一步鞏固陣容，加強他們之間配合的。至於多少球員去香港，現在看來有可能是22名或者21名，因為馮(瀟霆)腳上的傷一直沒好，他目前儘管已經恢復了慢跑，但是想要讓他投入到激烈的對抗和比賽中來還是不可能的。如果他不回大連的話我還是打算帶著他去香港，畢竟對他來說，能夠看一下這樣的大型比賽都是一種難得的人生經歷。
聽說您很早就開始收集對手的情報了，目前收集情況如何？您認為哪個對手比較強？為什麼？
由於我們香港賀歲杯的第一場比賽是對陣
澳大利亞，所以我一直在找澳大利亞隊的比賽資料，目前沒有找到。但是就我對澳大利亞隊的瞭解和我在
世界盃時候對他們的觀察，我認為澳大利亞的踢球風格一直都沒有太大的變化，他們十分接近英國足球的踢法。這次我們在英國的友誼賽剛好等於提前幫助球隊熟悉了澳大利亞隊，一旦在香港遇到他們後，也會對他們的踢法有足夠冷靜的心態去面對了，如果可以那樣的話，那我們就等於把壞事變成好的經驗利用起來了。
那麼您是否已經準備好了一套陣容來征戰香港賀歲杯嗎？
是的，我已經準備好了。大致的陣容跟我安排打切爾西預備隊的首發陣容不會有太大的變化，唯一比較遺憾的就是鄭濤，他的表現一直讓我很滿意。目前我留下了維偉和張可來共同競爭這個位置，到時候讓誰打我會根據這幾天的訓練來決定。隊長陳濤在英國的表現很不錯，他的位置還有李微可以補，左路於海已經差不多固定了，而右路的沈龍元儘管經常表現得很疲憊，但我對他依然充滿了信心。再說即便他不行了，也還有代欽花，代也很不錯。中後衛的位置非常關鍵，好在戴琳跟趙銘合作得不錯，讓我少了一份擔心。
一旦到了香港賀歲杯，我們肯定就要面臨像澳大利亞這種身高馬大的強硬對手。您認為我們該如何打好跟他們的比賽呢？
還是要堅持打地面，不能起高球，這是唯一能夠打敗他們的出路，必須要堅持這條路一直走下去。
我們這次跟切爾西的比賽打地面進攻的時候，看起來滿場表現並不太好，球傳不起來而且地面進攻經常被對手斷球後破壞掉。我也看到了，但是這就是英格蘭足球的踢球方法，你不可能奢望整個比賽球都流暢的控制在某個隊的腳下，對於我們自身實力不佔優勢的球隊，想要整場佔據絕對優勢是不太可能的，只有增加把握機會的能力，多傳多接應打出我在訓練中要求的東西就行了。
那麼您期望在這次賀歲杯中收穫怎樣的成績？
我知道賀歲杯是在中國的傳統新年時進行，到時候說不定全中國的球迷都會有機會看我們的比賽，因此我們一定要踢出更加精彩的比賽，爭取給中國人民送一份滿意的新年禮物。即使不能夠達到賞心悅目的話，至少也要改掉在法國和英國期間的一些不好的習慣，讓大家看到一支有嚴格紀律和頑強作風的中國國奧隊。

Man held over triple death crash
A 20-year-old man has been arrested after the deaths of three 16-year-olds in a car crash.
Thomas Dunn, Michael Tempest and Oliver Cross, all pupils at St Aidan's School in Harrogate, died on the A58 between Collingham and Wetherby on Friday.
The 17-year-old driver is in a serious but stable condition at York hospital.
Police said a 20-year-old man from Harrogate has been questioned in connection with the collision and freed on bail.
The head teacher of St Aidan's School, Dennis Richards, who led a special assembly with the school chaplain on Monday, said the four boys were "immensely likeable".
Books of condolence have been opened in the school chapel and a counselling service has been set up for fellow students.
The four friends had all left Wetherby School in September to attend the sixth form at St Aidan's.

Mr Richards said: "The St Aidan's School community is reeling with shock. We are devastated.
"The four lads involved joined us in the sixth form from Wetherby High School in September.
"At least three of them were following in the footsteps of older siblings.
"They had settled well, enjoying life and making a fantastic contribution to the life of our sixth form - in sport, music, academically and socially.
"All were well-behaved, immensely likeable and highly ambitious for the future. At least one was seriously considering medicine.
"Although we have known them for a relatively short time their impact on St Aidan's has been immense.
"Our thoughts and prayers are with their families and with all their close friends both in Harrogate and in Wetherby."
Michael Tempest, known as Tempo, was the son of former footballer and TV betting pundit Dale Tempest, who played for Fulham, Huddersfield Town, Gillingham and Colchester United before moving to Hong Kong where Michael was born.
He was a keen sportsman - playing in goal for Wetherby Athletic under-17s and a member of the Golf Club Juniors - and also played the drums in local band Panic Frenzy.
Police said Oliver Cross, an avid Liverpool FC fan, was a very popular teenager who gained 12 A and A* GCSEs at Wetherby High School before he left to attend St Aidan's.
He had a 20-year-old sister and played tennis at Wetherby Tennis Club for the junior, senior and men's first team. He also played cricket at Wetherby Cricket Club and football at Wetherby Athletic.
Friend 'devastated'
Fellow student Christian Frew, a close friend of Michael Tempest, spoke of his grief after Friday night's accident.
"You can't say how much of a best friend he was," he told BBC Look North.
"We used to tell each other everything and we did everything together. It's devastating and I can't believe it."
Post-mortem examinations are due to be carried out on Monday.
West Yorkshire Police said a red Ford Escort, driven by the 17-year-old, had collided with a silver Renault.
The driver of the Renault, a 62-year-old woman, was taken to Leeds General Infirmary with a broken leg. Her passenger, a 68-year-old man, is not believed to have been injured.
The road was closed following the crash and reopened early on Saturday. Police have appealed for any witnesses to contact them.
