It should be the Inter-Toto cup... which is for UEFA Cup... you are at 2nd place... just decline it... as you will play Champion League

呢個係報名參加下季既圖圖盃
如果你攞唔到歐聯 or 歐協參賽資格
就會打圖圖盃(當然要係報咗名既球隊排名最高)

其實 Apply 都無問題，
當你有得打 Champ league 或者 UEFA cup，電腦就唔會選你

thats one year I was rank No.2 when this was asked
then I decline
later my team keep losing at the end
then I drop to No.7 in Italian League
and I found out only 5, 6, and ITalian cup winner could play UEFA cup
so regret to decline the inter-toto
