仲有
對住possection football又點set好??

quick+direct+middle定down both好...
quick+direct ge話搵一個人hold up the ball又好唔好

我個人認為可以試下defensive line較做push up
closing down可以較做often
如果俾多d壓力對手可以令佢地有更大機會犯錯
進攻可以用both flank

呢個係自己進攻,禁住人地攻時先用最好- -
自己死守時...咁樣會比多左空位人地..

如果我，會改slow tempo，稍稍narrow，以求控球在腳。如果到下半場，會用often closing down，慢慢打番快d。
