TS affects midfield rating
normal...mei normal lor...
MOTS -> increase midfield rating in current match...but TS drop by half after the match
PiC -> players will playing very hea...thus current match midfield rating decrease...then TS increase by 1/3 after match...
so...if a game is definitely win/lose...some will choose to play PiC to increase TS...
