Zero Tansfer price..

Why other clubs always offer their players to me as a ZERO transfer price ??? I ve got a lot good player being offered from them.....but i think it is so unreal then I didnt take any one of those...Can any one tell me is it a BUG of 7.0.1 patch? Thanks!

PS: I am using Nottm Forest, England:confused::confused:

Did they offer you the "next sale precentage"?
I find that many clubs like to offer "next sale precentage" for some very young and high potential players:p
