Figo signs Arabian deal Friday 5 January, 2007--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Luis Figo will leave Internazionale at the end of the season after signing a one-year deal with Al-Ittihad.
The Portuguese winger was associated with an immediate switch to the Arabian club, but it has now been confirmed that he will move once his Inter deal expires in June.
“We have agreed a one-year contract which will become active from July 1, 2007,” said Mansour al-Balwi, who owns the outfit.
“I can’t reveal how much his contract is worth, but it is one of the biggest ever seen in the Middle East.
“Figo has vast experience and will be of great importance to our team.”
Figo, who has also appeared for Sporting Lisbon, Barcelona and Real Madrid in his career, has failed to maintain a regular starting shirt with the Nerazzurri this term.
Inter, who were looking to hand him a new one-year contract, may now prepare a bid for David Beckham.
The Englishman could be available on a free transfer unless he signs a new agreement with Real Madrid before the summer. 割俐王, 遲左啦:icon101:

國米否認費高加盟伊蒂哈德
國際米蘭否認讓費高加盟沙地阿拉伯球會伊蒂哈德。較早前有報導指費高將會加盟該會效力六個月，不過有傳在主席莫拉堤阻撓下，轉會一事將會告吹。
球隊現正在巴林出席表演賽事，領隊文仙尼也極力否認費高會離隊的報導。
「我未有打算讓他離開。球隊仍然需要他。」文仙尼說。
季尾將會約滿的費高去向未明，這位葡萄牙球星今屆在國際米蘭的意甲賽事八次正選，七次後備。
