CE Account 一問

我想問下Partnership lee 課

一間公司結業(Disslove)

會做Realisation Account-----Bank Account------Capital Account(可能未必一定,要睇題目點問)

Realisation Account 我冇問題
但Bank Account之中的Capital of partners
例如:   Capital-Aron
             Capital-Carmen

我唔明白就係有陣時,佢會係Dr.Side or Cr.Side 或者是2面也有,應該點分?


而Capital Account 中的Bank of partner 有同樣問題,同樣不知道點分
我知道要迫Bank of partner個數出黎,但問題係我亦唔知道Capital Account 點先為之做完,所以唔敢迫數出黎,驚錯

做 current account先
填晒所有要填既數 e.g. Profit / Loss for the period, salary, int. on drawings/capital/loan
將 current account個數轉去佢地d capital account, 唔理debit or credit balances
有drawings的話 就都轉去 capital account

partners有 advances to the partnership (i.e. Loan from Partner A)的話就將個數credit去佢個capital account

跟住capital account
填晒所有要填既數 e.g. Profit / Loss on revaluation / realisation


最後每個partner 獨立咁睇
Partner A's capital account有 debit balance的話就
Dr. Bank
Cr. Capital - A

Partner B's capital account有 credit balance的話就
Dr. Capital - B
Cr. Bank



至於bank account.. 所有數你都填完+填岩的話 就會自動balance的了:o

capital account 應該比 bank account 先處理
