Higuain and Borre

I have no idea why so many players use Higuain and Borre. Many players are better and cheaper than them. Can anyone give me some ideas why.

Borre - defense suck and attack not really well. The good things for this player are his strength and stamina, that's it.
Higuain - he is not scoring machine and doesn't not make many assist. The good things is he has average heading.

borre is cheap
he can be well trained for AMR and DR also

higuain's abilities are quite well
he is young also

marking 都過15??? positioning, concentration 同 teamwork 一定唔到10啦掛....
