assit. manager & coach 一問

我成日都簽不到assit. manager & coach... 當一簽完之後the board always say that they don't feel the club need other assit. manager & coach. 之後就會cancel 左轉會...無奈......有什麼辦法可以簽多d coach 和 assit. manager
