中堅 - 西布朗既Curtis Davies - 5.5M
前鋒 - 美國隊既Eddie Johnson - 2M左右 (個人認為最平既target man人選)

for Mid-field i think you can try:

Chico DM/DRC from Brazil, got him for 3.8m, Brazil U21 ( didnt have a problem getting WP )
Kranjar AMCL from Portsmouth, 4.2m

both very good value and very consistent for me.
other positions, i agree with 少帥
