certainly la!我個account都唔知點解用到最後pay唔到,話我啲credit card transition error!
我重新申請過個account,啲card又用到咯,but最後又唔能夠通過佢嘅安全認證

normal security measure which helps us prevent online fraud against our
customers and should not delay your order for longer than 24 hours, but
during exceptional circumstances (very busy periods or public holidays)
this process can take up to 3 working days.
