it needs ~4.8 weeks to upgrade a 17yo Winger for 1 level...
but this is based on 'solid'-trainer...
if your trainer is passable...please add 1 week, so would be 5.8 weeks...

usually internal upgrade coach...
is for those players having solid (or sometimes passable) leadership with solid experience...
so 7M is enough for manager to get solid/solid coach lor...
