1) 螢幕解析度要支援1024 x 768像素或以上
2) 於桌面中，找出FM 2005的捷徑及在捷徑上右按滑鼠，選「內容」
3) 在「目標(T): 」一欄內，原本的執行目標是這樣的
"C:\Program Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2005\fm2005.exe"
現在，在執行句後面加上「 -small_screen」或「 -small_screen -windowed」，變成
"C:\Program Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2005\fm2005.exe" -small_screen 或
"C:\Program Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2005\fm2005.exe" -small_screen -small_screen -windowed
(請注意「-small_screen - windowed」前是有一空格的。)
