U-20 Trainer Election

It is now just under a week until the election starts again. I have now been running the U20-team for two periods, and to be honest I feel that is enough. But what are the alternative? If I am going to give up the management of the U20-team I want a dedicated and skilled local manager to take over the job. But is there one that wants to do so? I really hope so, but if not I will run for reelection.
很快 U-20 教練選舉又再開始。
我已經擔任了 2 屆 U-20 職位，坦白講我感覺到也許是需要變化的時間。
可是現在又有沒有選擇呢？
如果現在我放手 U-20 的管理，我希望接任者會是熱心投入又具技巧的本地人材。
現實上會不會出現呢？
真的盼望他會出現，否則的話我會再次競選。
I can add to this that I have been contacted by team GulliDaDude's (130123) which ran for the NT-post last time. They wanted me to support them if I am not running for reelection. I told them politely that I won't as they are not local and has not shown commitment towards the community. I don't recall them being around for anything but the election, and in my opinion they need to be there when it is not election time as well in order to be acknowledged as serious candidates by the community.
GulliDaDude's (130123) - 上季曾經角逐過 NT 教練 - 聯絡過我並希望如果我不再擔任 U-20 職務的話會支持他。
我婉拒他的請求，一來他們不是本地領隊，加上他們並沒有展示出他們對 HK Hattrick 社區的投入感。
如果不是新一屆競選我也記不起他，而且個人認為他們如果要被認同為認真的競爭者，他們都要在非選舉的時間都投入香港社區。
If any of you in this federation have a desire to run - or know someone that might want to run, it would be nice if you said so here. It is important that we work together in the best interest of the future of the Hong Kong U20 and NT-team!
如果你有興趣競逐，或是知道身邊的朋友有此打算，不妨在這裡分享。
最重要的是我們一起合作，為 U-20 & NT 的未來利益作出最大貢獻。
Here are some local managers that I know I would have no hesitation to support if they were running as I know they are experienced and will work in the best interest of the HK-community:
(I am sure there are other too, but these are the ones that come to mind first)
如果以下的本地領隊有意為 U-20 教練，我會毫不猶豫支持他們。
他們富有經驗，而且我肯定他們會為香港 Hattrick 作出很大貢獻。

I won't disappear from HKG forums just as I am stepping down as U20-manager. I am still NT-manager, and I think I intend to give it a go with one more round there as I think I have more to prove there and the team is getting better and better:)
I hope there is someone willing to run, but if there shouldn't be I would not hesitate to long before I will launch myself as candidate again though. I will not leave the team to go into ruins after all:)

Last but not least, if secret, the experienced tactician and the billionaire, is running, I will support him with no other thoughts. With his unlimited supply of cash, all of the Hong Kong hattrick players (and me) will have a year of supporter sponsored. This will signiificantly improve the competitiveness of the Hong Kong national team for sure.
