借左英甲度，等間球會拿到工作證後，不要取消交易，便會有工作證

wait 2 years so that he represent his country for more than 75% of it's total matches and get work permit

I am not sure if you can loan him to another English team as the work permit rule should apply in all leagues not just EPL, but I never try so it must actually works.
