Beckham scored his first goal for L.A. Galaxy

碧咸週三射入加盟洛杉磯銀河後首個入球，協助銀河隊以2-0 擊敗華盛頓聯，打入Superliga 杯決賽。

碧咸在27 分鐘以招牌的自由球攻入加盟後的首個入球。

這位英格蘭球星登陸美國後一直受到傷患困擾無法替球隊披甲直至週三終於正選上陣，並以隊長身份披甲。

碧咸除在上半場自由球破網外，下半場他更助攻予當奴雲射入第二球。他在63 分鐘被換出。
