記者張愷報導 國米的獨大不僅表現在意甲聯賽中，更表現在他們的青訓系統中。如果我們流覽國米官方網站的青訓系統一欄，可以驚奇地發現，在義大利根據年齡、歷分割的9個不同級別聯賽中，國米現在都排在首位。 這種近乎瘋狂的壟斷，預示著國米不僅要在幾年內“控制”意甲，而是長遠的未來。意甲給球迷的感覺是忽視年輕人，不給本土年輕人機會，可看國米各級青年隊的發展路線，正在強力彌補這兩個弱項。或許，這是國際縱隊未來最可怕的地方。
國米所在的9個級別聯賽，分別為意甲、青年聯賽、國家學生聯賽、區間聯賽，這4個都比較受人關注，隨後的4個年齡和水準下降幅度較大，分別為最年輕國家聯賽和最年輕區間聯賽、甲級亮相聯賽、普奇尼聯賽，後兩項聽名字就知道，是給剛有點起色的非職業球員用的。
國米一線隊在意甲的領跑，所有人都很熟悉，領先羅馬5分。青年聯賽中，埃斯波西托執教的國米青年隊8戰7勝，進18球丟4球，領先第二名、菲力浦•加利率領的米蘭4分，且比米蘭少賽一場，上週六晚進行的青年米蘭德比雙方0比0戰平。這支球隊中有曼奇尼的長子菲力浦•曼奇尼，他本賽季剛加入。
隨後一級的國家學生聯賽，國米教練貝納紮尼，前11輪勝了10場只輸1場，輸給了米蘭，不過仍領先第二名米蘭6分之多。再往下的區間聯賽，打了 12輪，國米領先米蘭5分，可見米蘭雙雄已控制了幾個級別的青年聯賽。最近一場4比0大勝瓦雷塞的戰役中，曼奇尼的次子安德萊阿(打前腰)也進球了。
國米早就加大青訓力度，從上賽季開始就是意甲對青年系統投入最多的球隊，上賽季550萬，本賽季500萬，這些錢用來購買、培養年輕人和所有教 練組的開支。國米青訓系統共有80位元教練、觀察員、經理和隊醫，球員240人。青年隊的20人，學生聯賽和年輕學生聯賽再挑出20人，這40人住在因特雷 羅訓練營，他們的衣食住行包括文化教育課，都由國米安排，像住校一樣接受足球培養。
國米青訓系統技術經理奧西裡奧說：“能在所有參與的聯賽排名榜首，這總會說明一些問題。今年我們青年隊有7名各國國腳，比如匈牙利的菲科爾，因為他們經常打國家隊比賽，我們的聯賽被迫推遲兩場，杯賽推遲1場。在學生聯賽隊，我們也有7個國腳，都是義大利的。”
國米青年隊是有好多名字不陌生了，中場菲科爾、博爾佐尼、馬魯菲、後衛法蒂奇、菲利皮尼早在國米夏天友誼賽中就出過場。前鋒巴羅特-加龍省裡有義大利、 加納兩國血統，目前還未獲得義大利國籍，莫拉蒂說他是“我們的帕托”。義大利U21主帥凱西拉奇讚揚道：“我發現這兩年，米蘭和國米都給了本國年輕人很多 空間，這太好了。國米青年隊的成績是他們目標有效和工作努力的成果。”

APPIANO GENTILE - Roberto Mancini has named seven of Inter Primavera's Italian champions in his squad for Wednesday's Champions League match against PSV Eindhoven. Two of them - Francesco Bolzoni and Goran Slavkovski - have already made two appearances for the first team.
Player by player, Mancini's Primavera call-ups for PSV Eindhoven v Inter:
Francesco Bolzoni
Midfielder, born in Lodi, Milan province on 7 May 1989. In sixth season with Inter's academy after joining from local club San Colombano al Lambro. Made academy debut for Esordienti A (Under-13) team, winning Italian championship with Inter Primavera (Under-19s) last season. First-team debut came against Sampdoria in 2006/07 Tim Cup semi-final 2nd leg. Trained with Mancini's squad in 2007 pre-season, making several appearances in friendly matches. Made Champions League debut in home match against PSV Eindhoven on 2 October 2007. Currently a member of Italian Under-20 national team, Bolzoni became second youngest player ever make debut for Under-21 team. Is on Inter's Champions League A list. Shirt number: 36.
Dennis Esposito
Central defender, born in Milan on 25 January 1988. Started playing football aged five. Played for Cormano-based side Ascob 91 until age of 10. Joined Inter's academy from Pro Sesto aged 13. Made academy debut for the Giovanissimi Regionali (Under-14) team. Has won two league titles with academy teams, one with Giovanissimi Nazionali (Under-15s) and the other with Inter Primavera last season. Spent part of pre-season with first team and played for Primavera at Champions Youth Cup tournament in Malaysia. Was called up to Mancini's squad for Gamper Trophy match in Barcelona, and was on bench for Champions League matches away to Fenerbahçe and at home to PSV. Is on Inter's Champions League A list. Shirt number 35.
Daniele Federici
Defender/midfielder, born in Tarquinia, Viterbo province on 11 February 1988. Started playing for Corneto aged nine. Joined Inter's academy aged 14 and won national title in first season with Giovanissimi Nazionali team. Won Tim Cup with Inter Primavera in 2005/06 and then joined Pro Sesto before returning to Inter on co-ownership deal in June 2007. Played for Primavera at Champions Youth Cup tournament in Malaysia during pre-season, and was called up to Mancini's squad for UCL Matchday 1 in Istanbul. Is on Inter's Champions League B list. Shirt number: 38.
Fabio Perissinotto
Defender, born in Milan on 5 April 1989. Played for teams in Cusano Milanino before joining Inter's academy in 1999. Played a Primavera championship during one season at Pro Sesto, returning to Inter in summer of 2007. PSV v Inter is his first call-up to Mancini's first team. Is on Inter's Champions League B list. Shirt number: 47.
Gabriele Puccio
Defender/midfielder born in Milan on 3 August 1989. Joined Inter's Pulcini A (Under-11) team after one season with Accademia Sandonatese. Has played for every Inter youth team from Under-11s to Under-19s, with whom he won national championship last season. Trained with Primavera squad during pre-season and scored against Manchester United at Champions Youth Cup in Malaysia. Is on Inter's Champions League B list. Shirt number 37.
Goran Slavkovski
Striker, born in Skravlinge, Sweden on 8 April 1989. At Inter since the summer of 2005 after coming up through Malmo's youth ranks. Made his first-team debut in Inter v Siena last 7 May to become the youngest ever player to make his debut for Inter (at age of 17 years and 29 days). Of Swedish nationality, he also holds a Macedonian passport and has earned one call-up to Macedonia's Under-21 team. Has made numerous international appearances for Sweden at youth level. Made second appearance for Mancini's first team in Tim Cup match against Messina on 29 November 2006. Is on Inter's Champions League B list. Shirt number 49.
Paolo Tornaghi
Goalkeeper, born in Garbagnate Milanese on 21 June 1988. Joined Inter's academy from Cormano in 1999. Has played for every category, winning national title with Giovanissimi team, and a Tim Cup and Scudetto with Inter Primavera.
