第 63 分钟， Hairuddin bin Hasan 本可为 Taiping 取得领先，可是他的任意球滑门而过。边锋 Chow Ze Dong 的精确横传找到 Hua Sei-Tee，后者强力头球破门， 1 - 2。第 65 分钟，Liverpool 的 Lin Tu Huan 踏着球不让对方快速开出任意球，因此得到黄牌警告。第 67 分钟， 禁区内发生打斗事件，主队因此得到点球， Hairuddin bin Hasan 毫无困难把球罚进， 2 - 2。
