Striker, born in Palermo on 12 August 1990. Of Ghanaian origins, has always lived in Brescia with his adoptive family. Came through youth ranks of Serie C1 side Lumezzane, making two appearances for first team aged just 15. A powerful and agile striker, and a natural goalscorer, Mario joined Inter's academy in summer of 2006. After scoring 19 goals for Under-17 team, added 8 more for Inter Primavera after being promoted to senior youth team, and scored winner in playoff final against Sampdoria. Made first-team debut in 2-0 win at Cagliari on 17 December 2007, becoming 20th academy player to earn debut under Roberto Mancini. Shirt number: 45
