i think it's just voluntary duty of players, but not their job, they sign whenever they want. they still get paid even they neven sign for fans
the training session is highly confidential, the only session opoened for press is the day before champions league matches.

why you're stay for firm this is their job? they get paid just for playing, training, winning, probably make some advertisements these days, that's it. as u see the notice board in the photo, the club announces that players WILL NOT stop and sign for fans, it's bonus for those who stop, how come it's their jobs?
