PayPal 問題

登記完,到攞到個code前,我都用到...
會唔會你未認證前已經用哂d credit額
所以唔比你用 actually you don't need to wait for the statement until the end of the month. You can either check your online statement immediately or call your bank and get that 4 digit code immediately. The code is for expanded use, for some banks, you need to expand before you can use, while for others you don't. I experienced both situations before. When I used a mainland China credit card, it asked for the code before i can use. this situation is because you are new comer of paypal, they would not allow you to pay too much in the initial stage, after a period of time, they would allow you, but this need to wait, nothing can do..... 踏單問埋
一個 ebay account 可唔可以 link 兩個paypal account?
