我而家個board淨係比我d scout去自己國家
我想知點樣可以叫個board比佢地去全球各地去scout ar??

Board restriction好似要等佢自動解wo

好似佢唔準improve training facilities咁..你連request既機會都無

im not sure..may be u hav sufficent money + club reach a certain level of reputation

你需要提升自己同球會既 reputation, 例如贏多 d 杯
等個 board 覺得你需要去第二度班馬, 咁就可以 send scout 去第二度
