I plan to post all remaining HK/Panama teams id on Sundary (include those not yet accept), and teams can then challenge on first come first basis.
You can decide if you still want to wait, if you have a lot of challenge request anyway then I would suggest you wait.
You can just randomly challenge all Panama teams online (you have 25 quota), just report here if you can fix a friendly with Panama team.

Yes, if you can wait till this Sunday.(but no guarentee you get match, hope you can understand).
Every season is like that, you can plan but when it come to actual booking always have team withdraw (forget/booked other challenge and so on).
