I Dont Want to Sell the Player....plz help

I hv got a Brazilian striker Jobson
who's finishing is 19...& scored lots of goal for my south china
but many team interest on him
& he is ambitious ,wanna transfer to a Bigger Team
moreover he don't accept my new contract offer to him, i afraid that he will finally free transfer to other team
what can i do to hold him in my team....plz help

You can't keep a player who don't want to play for you.
What's more? He will not play well if his morale is keeping VERY POOR, which can be the outcome of rejecting transfer bid.
Bargain with the clubs, get a good sum of money and try to find another talented youth.
That's the norm of running a low profile club.
