大家係咪唔會賣衫俾意大利佬?我賣左件衫俾意大利佬,佢上paypal投訴收唔到,過幾日就放我賣俾佢件衫上ebay賣,仲用番我張相,個價仲賣高左
同佢搞足成個月,今日paypal email我話都係判我敗訴,仲退番錢俾個意大利佬:onion25:
去香港郵政查返件野去左邊,佢地同我講差不多要查兩個月,睇黎我都係衫又無,錢又無架啦:onion15:
有冇brother試過打paypal個電話,關於尼d爭議而小過佢地?

Regarding to default case, Paypal usually tends to make favourable decision towards buyer position. Even you're seller shows using registration post for secure shipping as evidence, paypal still refund at least half payment towards the buyer:icon9:If you want to secure the shipping for both parties and ensure the items 100% arrive on buyer hands, there's a postage called double registration sign for mail. Buyer not only sign for on the paper, but the paper will also be deliver back to seller as reference, but more costly.
Suggestion: 1. Default case countries you or your friends experienced, then don't sell to those countries buyers unless that buyer shows high interest and willingness towards finish the transaction in completed manner before auction end. 2. Don't sell items to buyer who is not willing pay for registration sign for postage. 3. 今次中左招,我下次會醒目架啦 因為意大利既postal service好有問題,
除左ems或其他door-to-door service(dhl,ups等)
基本上件item到左意大利就已經消失o係tracking service,
加上意大利好興偷信,郵差又鍾意罷工,所以意大利係ebay專業buyer既搵食天堂之一~
其他國家好似加拿大, 普通registered airmail既tracking service仲好過ems,
買家就冇呢支歌仔唱~~ if u have provided a registered mail tracking number during the dispute info request processs, paypal should have favored your side. am i right? 請問用EMS寄去意大利要幾錢?
如果不是差太遠就不要因少失大了

SPEED POST即係等於EMS , 要一式四份INVOICE ,
不過都係一樣有機會唔見 ,
有個比較好既辦法又唔會太貴 ,
就係幫份郵件買保險 ,

呢個要睇情況,但基本上普通registered airmail去,
只要buyer話自己收唔到,你都好大機會輸,以下係小小經驗談:
1) 只有tracking number係唔夠,特別係judge你輸左之後,
你上訴正常係會要你provide tracking張紙仔softcopy,
要fax俾paypal hk,email同upload都唔得,一定要fax!!
2) o係paypal既dispute上面寫清楚自己幾時寄(張cert個chop有),
如果目的地國家有似人既tracking service(英國,西班牙,美國,加拿大都有)
可以ref埋目的地國家既tracking website,依家既tracking status俾paypal,
如加拿大郵政係跟到足,對方掛號收件人(簽名者)個大名o係tracking service係睇到...
例如C.THOMAS先生同你買件衫,上網有個叫R.THOMAS太太既人簽收左,
咁佢好難話自己老婆收埋左件衫叫做收唔到~~
