The weather was pretty good, and a crowd of 2857 had shown up at Flurryland for the match. Mcflurry had chosen a strategic 3-5-2 formation. The following players had been chosen: Shilin - Torre, Schachinger, Rougoor - Klárik, Kiefer, Øland, Utukka, Passarella - Toikko, Gueta.
BEYOU36 decided to use a 3-4-3 set up. The following players had been chosen: O Siochain - Liedlund, Langley, Zurmuehle - Nargelas, Torres, Wilmotte, Saigh - Velichkov, Sande, Simon.
BEYOU36 were relying on their ability to counter-attack. The home crowd was not impressed by the fancy moves of BEYOU36's Simeon Velichkov in the 4:th minute. He converted a pass from the left for a goal, resulting in the visitors taking the 0 - 1 lead. In the 21:th minute, the visitors put themselves ahead 0 - 2 as Vincenzo Zurmuehle finished off an attack from the left with a spectacular scissors kick. The home side worked their way through the middle and almost got one back when Philippe Torre tried to sneak the ball past the keeper. Gary O Siochain was too alert for that! 41 minutes into the game, BEYOU36 were awarded a penalty and Vincenzo Zurmuehle was able to increase the visitors' lead to 0 - 3 rolling the ball in by the right post. BEYOU36's Raúl Torres refused to leave the field after injuring his achilles tendon in the 43:th minute. BEYOU36 showed their counterattack skill in the 45:th minute, with Alexandre Simon scoring uncontested for 0 - 4. 0 - 4 was the score after the first half. This half belonged to Mcflurry, who controlled the ball 68 percent of the time.
Mcflurry reduced the lead to 1 - 4 in the 50:th minute when Petri Toikko got the best of a ball floated in from the left. After 60 minutes Niran Gueta could have reduced the lead with a blistering strike from the left wing, had it not been for an excellent block by the visitors' keeper. Jabir Saigh could have put his team up another goal in the 61:th minute, after a rush down the left, but his closing shot hit the post. 67 minutes into the game Mcflurry broke through on the left wing and Petri Toikko managed to reduce the lead to 2 - 4. Mcflurry claimed to be the more dominant force in the game, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 76 percent.
Mcflurry's best player was Jens Kiefer. Enrique Omar Passarella on the other hand, had a terrible day. Most important BEYOU36 player was Vincenzo Zurmuehle. Gary O Siochain on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 2 - 4.
