SUBSIDE VAT一問 (麻煩係subside買過野的bro.都入來幫幫小弟啦)

    小弟日前在SUBSIDE買野, 按照以往買野的程序搞掂晒之後, send佐封EMAIL申請VAT REFUND, 但係今次收到的是以下的回復:


Thank you for shopping with Subside Sports. Your order has been shipped today.
Your payment will be processed automatically. If you used a voucher code, then the value of this voucher will be taken off your final total before payment is processed.


我想問下, VAT REFUND也有對應的voucher code的嘛? 如果有,要在邊個位置輸入? 我以往都係買佐野之後髪EMAIL申請REFUND的, 點解今次會唔得??

有邊位bro.可以幫小弟解答一下啊````



補充一下,小弟是在confirm order之後的第一時間send EMAIL的了.

照內容睇,佢應該唔係講緊VAT,只係Subside有voucher,所以例牌都講下個voucher system點work o者

我發覺SUBSIDE D回郵成日都係牛頭唔搭馬嘴,上次叫俱地比個tracking number我,俱地就一味係甘講,D野已經寄出佐,或者一早已經到佐````

To Whom It May Concern,

Thanks for taking the order (Order Number: xxxxxxxx) and I would like to ask for your assistance in deducting the VAT since I am a (nationality) resident and I do not live in England. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. Much appreciated.

xxx


Dear xxx,

The VAT has now been taken from your order and the total will be £

Thank you for letting us know and please let us help with future orders.

係唔無扣 15% 佢冇同我適個 revised amount ...........

Try to email subside to request for the adjusted amount, hopefully they will reply to you with an answer^^(it gave me the adjusted amount in the first email though.Maybe different sales respond to it differently).
