Training problem

I've got a problem in training.
I am using Real Madrid and wondering why i can't control the training for players in Castilla and Real Madrid C :icon088:

Does anybody got the same problem?
Is this a new setting of FM09 or a bug?
anybody knows how i can resolve this problem???
