Our source from St James' Park tells us tonight the new buyers of the club are from Hong Kong - and Alan Shearer will be named manager of Newcastle BUT with Vialli as director of football.
He claims there will be £30m to spend on players.
The deal is £85m for the club with a £100m loan to be paid back to Mike Ashley in time.
With a £40m overdraft to be paid back to Barclays over two years.
ALSO the first transfer will be Beckford from Leeds United.
