United defender on Milan radar...
Milan are pressing ahead with plans to sign Manchester United defender Nemanja Vidic as the Italians prepare a busy summer transfer market.
Il Corriere Dello Sport claims that Leonardo's current Rossoneri squad will be revolutionised and the Serbian is expected to be the first to come.
Vice-president Adriano Galliani is looking at Vidic, French defender Cederic Mongongu of Monaco, and Cagliari's Davide Astori as part of a defensive overhaul.
He is keen at providing the squad with more choices at the back. Alessandro Nesta's proneness to injury has caused some concern, while veteran defender Giuseppe Favalli is likely to leave the club once his deal expires in June.
Resources will also be used to strengthen up front. Wolfsburg's Edin Dzeko has not gone out of fashion in Milan. He is still high on Milan's wishlist, with Klaas-Jan Huntelaar likely to be sold to make space for the Bosnian

PARMA - This afternoon's Serie A Week 22 match between Parma and Inter at the Stadio Ennio Tardini has been postponed until Wednesday 10 February at 20:45. The match was called off due to stadium safety issues following the snowfall in the city. Parma's chief of police Gennaro Gallo explained: "The conditions for the public are not safe and there is not enough time to make the stadium safe."
