Reports have speculated that Cole could be fined anything between £200,000 and £400,000 after he is grilled by Chelsea chief executive Ron Gourlay later this week.
It is believed Cole has already been fined £200,000 for allegedly taking Vicki Gough, a Liverpool secretary, into the team hotel for away games against Hull City and West Bromwich Albion in recent months.
