Mauro Camoranesi looks certain to leave Juventus this summer after his agent was told that he no longer figures in the club's plans.
The 33-year-old Italy international midfielder has been in Turin since 2002 when he arrived from Hellas Verona.
Speaking to Tuttosport, his agent said: “I have received a request from the directors to find Mauro a new arrangement.
“He no longer enters the club's plans.”
Camoranesi has attracted a great deal of interest from France over the last year.
Marseille have been mentioned in the same breath as Camoranesi, partly because Didier Deschamps, the former Juventus boss, is in charge at the Velodrome.

Milan patron Silvio Berlusconi has confirmed that Leonardo will leave the club at the end of the season.
The rookie tactician has privately expressed his desire to return to home to Brazil where his family still live.
Leonardo's relationship with Berlusconi has also been strained thanks to the latter's criticism of his side.
“Leonardo will leave. He has been too stubborn,” Berlusconi said.
When asked whether Milan have a replacement ready, he added: “Negotiations are in progress.”
Finally, Berlusconi complemented Inter on reaching the Champions League Final.
“I always support the Italian teams when they play abroad. Inter have been great and that's tough to say as a Milanista.”
