The goalkeeper suffered the injury when warming up for the Manchester City game in the first week of January and later on suffered a setback in training with manager Arsene Wenger admitting two weeks ago how his recovery was not as quick as initially planned. According to the Polish portal, tests will be carried out on Wednesday to determine whether surgery is needed or not.
Since taking over in goal, young Wojciech Szczesny has been in impressive form for the Gunners and is set to continue as number one for Arsenal despite the return in squad of Manuel Almunia, Wenger’s regular in the first part of the season.
With Vito Mannone currently on loan to Hull City, 19-year old James Shea could be Arsenal’s third choice goalkeeper for the rest of the season if surgery rules out the 25-year old Polish for months as suggested by the Polish website.

近幾場對手唔逼佢,可以慢慢猜上去
