Beckenbauer: Kroos? Playing for Real Madrid is priceless

German footballing legend and Bayern Munich’s honourary president, Franz Beckenbauer admitted that Toni Kroos is on his way to Real Madrid, stating that as a Bayern fan he is gutted to see the player leave but knows he can’t let the opportunity pass him by.
In a recent interview, Beckenbauer spoke about Kroos’ rumoured departure, unofficially confirmed the deal that will close following the 2014 World Cup.
“As the honourary president I’m gutted he’s leaving. If he does leave, we’ll have lost an extraordinary world-class player.
“There is a future in a professional’s career and if he wants to experience playing abroad, going to Real Madrid is priceless.”
Kroos has one year remaining on his current contract with Bayern Munich and has reportedly asked the club to double his wages, while Real Madrid are said to be willing to meet his wage demands and a deal will be announced following the 2014 World Cup.

最高效能實屈到高質
但十場都唔知有冇三場踢出自身最高效能...
而家嘅保贊.卻傑真係令人搖頭嘆息
[回帶] 年少上位時都已唔止靠變速優勢去踢得變化多端咁刁鑽屈機反而更難能可貴在有大局觀配合度高
但保贊.卻傑喺變速優勢不再存在之後所受影響出乎意料地係顯著大於當年魯爾 (估唔到咁大影響)

Barcelona will be unable to present their €81 million signing, Luis Suarez, at the Camp Nou when his transfer from Liverpool is complete as FIFA are sticking to their original ban, which prevents the Uruguayan from even entering a football stadium for the next four months.

Whilst it’s been speculated and to a certain extent, expected over recent weeks, when it comes to the transfer of Toni Kroos from Bayern Munich to Real Madrid, there had been no official words as yet from the clubs or the player. That is until now, when the delighted World Cup winner uttered the words everyone has been waiting to hear, to German radio station ZDF.
“We’ve finished the World Cup in the best way possible. Now I’m going to Madrid, so that’s two dreams achieved.”
Now it’s expected that the two clubs will officially confirm the deal, costing around €25 million, with Kroos set to be presented at the Bernabéu next week for Real Madrid.
