I think it should not be the problem of CM03/04.
Everytime you start a new game, some details should be randomized. (not only the player)

I am not saying this system is Bad ~~

just want to say this out.

example ....... wage budet and balance ....
wage budet is always changed. balance is seldom changed, but it change too. these two things affect me more.
