how to increase potential ability?

i use Andres Aimar
he has 200 potential ability
but after i use him for two year
his current ability only has 115
how to increase faster

1.potential ability升唔到ge
2.要升current ability ,就要有好訓練,當然都要有比賽機會囉經驗

其實你買佢有幾耐??升佐幾多current ability

p.s.通常過佐24-5歲.就開始升得慢d
