我係咁... 但唔知有冇用
分兩大part

1. 每日睇scmp大約半個鐘, 一路睇一路查字 (上yahoo既dictionary查會好快)
我通常睇leaders and letters+ insight > local news > behind the news > talk back

2. 星期一至六既insight版咪有三大篇打橫既專欄既...
我會剪上面兩篇出黎
highlight哂所有vocab同phrases (當然要查埋)
label哂咁多日既news cut (mon: A; tue: B; wed: C; ... ; sat: F)
mon就溫番哂A既highlighted既野
tue就溫番哂B既highlighted既野
如此類推
另外每日溫番之前兩日既news cut
