請問英文window點先可以睇到中文呀

我有個fd要去外國讀書
佢買左部note book
係英文window
icq 個contact list出唔到中文字 :icon116: ....但係msg就出到 :icon081:
office打到中文 :o ...但除此之外就邊度都打唔到中文 :icon054:

除左裝個中文win之外
有咩方法可以解決到呢個問題呀各位.... :icon022:

You can set the language in the page "Preferences" of ICQ.

WinXP 只要轉 Region setting 就可以睇中文, 就算係英文 windows.... :o
