USB to USB

how to link a WinMe PC and WinXP PC together by using a USB cable??
cuz i want to upload my files in my XP PC to the Me PC..

after i plug in the USB cable...
i dont know how to do the setting...
and it seems that the WinME PC cant find the USB cable driver..
