因為如果我出去, 賣價一定要起碼有個rent 個數,我先肯賣
所以, rent is a part of cost

假設我run 間firm 有$ Xrent
有人想買我間firm, 就要出到 at least $X 我先肯放
如果對方肯出多$10 買, TC = $X + $10
so, rent is part of cost
