psycho-social

my lecturer(teach me psycholgy) said it means the relation between yourself and others. he said if means the realtion between you and society than it should be social-psycholgy rather than psycho-social.
my lecturer(teach me behavioural science) said it means the relation between you and society.
which oneis true?:confused:
