打 4-5-1
上半場用慢節奏，保持防守，球員儘量唔谷前，唔打反擊
下半場因應對手後防比較大o既弱點進行部處，例如有一個慢速中堅，就試下用一隻快馬加一個頂得下波o既 forward 晌前面喘擾，加快隊員節奏，打多少少 through ball，但係唔打反擊
如果對方後防毫無漏洞可言，唯有set 好少少自己隊波o既死球部處，搏一鋪...
