先從意識改起~有傳波第一的心態~而家好多後生仔都是自己得分第一
拍波望地下,唔望隊友要不得

其次技術方面就要練唔同傳波方法,左右手都識單手傳,彈地落"西",反手.....還有最重要的:"觸覺".好像唔駛望人,覬到人地有空位,預測到人地走位就交的能力,當然這要具備籃球智慧,經驗和先天才能了

傳到一球靚波比籃底空哂的人比自己一人單打獨鬥來得好,這是我前籃球教練教我的,不過我都做得唔好呢:icon006:
