asst man: coaching ability(either or both), determination, motivation, tactical knowledge, etc....

coach: coaching ability, tactical knowledge, working with youngster, etc

scout: judging ability, adaptability

physio: phsyiothepary, motivation

Coach 就CGk , Coa , Mot and Yng

Scout : JPA , JPP

physio : physiotherapy 就得
