Please clarify the time whether is in 2008. I think Giggs G.Neville and Keane have retired in 2008. Even not, their physical ability is so scared.

I think it should be the time to have youth cultivation. The player known is quite old, even you can get them from free transfer. The salary is a great stuff and young player never get a chance in real-practice (matches)

Let's plan for "five year plan" to train good youth player!
