Set one DC who has a good heading and jumping at "Normal" Forward and "Rare to Normal" Close Down.
This guy can head out all long pass for counter attack from the opponent.

Set another DC who has good Marking and Tackling at "Rare" Forward and "Rare to Normal" Close Down.
This guy can mark and tackle the ball if the first one fail.

Set both "Rare to Normal" Close Down to avoid the DCs attracted by the wingers or other players of the opponent.

呢個問題係一定要防中同 DC 配合架，個 DC 跑得再快一般都好少 pace > 15，偶爾俾人走甩一兩次就已經死得

首先防中唔可以谷得太前，只要佢 positioning 比較好的話，佢就會幫你晌中場做包位，一來可以拖慢人地進攻節奏等自己友多d 時間回防，二來如果人地仲係想快腳出波俾隻快馬，但係因為有個防中mark住，佢都唔會出到好靚o既波，變左你o既 DC 可以容易d 去迎個波....
