我dl左個update檔~之後應該點做?

Just extract the files to you Football Manager\data folder and start a
new game for the update to take effect.
You will need WinRAR to extract the files

解壓你d/l 落黎o個個 rar file.... 之後將o的file 放係 X:\Program Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2005\data\db 到 .....
