幾粒蜜棗
牛(洗淨,拖水)
就咁慢火煲3個鐘然後落鹽調味咁就ok 木瓜魚尾湯
魚尾,木瓜,花生,陳皮,鹽
花生洗乾淨,木瓜去皮去核+切開一塊塊
魚尾去鱗洗淨,之後俾少少鹽,再煎香兩面
陳皮浸軟刮"狼"
慢火兩粒鐘....之後加鹽....又飲得
