The twelve other overseas territories of the United Kingdom (namely Anguilla, Bermuda, British Antarctic Territory (under Antarctic Treaty overlaps Argentine and Chilean claims), British Indian Ocean Territory, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Falkland Islands, Montserrat, Pitcairn Islands, Saint Helena and Dependencies, South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands, and Turks and Caicos Islands) are listed under Annex II of the EU treaty. Hence EC law does not apply there

英國的屬地的人係英藉, 可唔可以在英國工作?
除了挪威,瑞士, 係咪冰島,列支敦士登都係? 佢地係 European Free Trade Association 成員 英國的屬地的人係英藉, 可唔可以在英國工作?
如果係殖民地, 例如直布羅陀, 就冇問題, 佢地係英國人
如果係屬地, 就唔得, 因為佢地只有英籍, 唔可以自由係英國做野, 等如以前香港人一樣

更正上方, 英屬處女島既人係英國人, 即係歐盟既人, 但係佢地無權決定歐盟既事, 同時有部份歐盟條例並不適用於英屬處女島 葡(The Azores, Madeira) 西(Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla ) 都有球會打西葡聯賽, 買佢地都要工作證 ?????
